Minastudio allows customers to return or exchange purchased products at their convenience. Please complete the return/exchange request form and send it back to us within 14 days of receiving the item.
In case the size does not fit or the product is different from the image, etc.
We accept returns only within 14 days of receipt. Please make a request using the Returns/Exchanges Request Form.
If the return is for the customer's own reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that we cannot refund the shipping cost for delivery from our company.

If there is a problem with the product
In the unlikely event that the product you receive is defective or different from the product you ordered, we will promptly return or exchange the product upon your request. Please fill out the return/exchange request form within 14 days of receipt.
We will provide you with return shipping instructions after the procedure is completed.
Conditions for non-return/exchange
* If you do not request a return or exchange within 14 days after the product arrives at the customer's location.
* If the product is found to be used, damaged, or stained.
* If the product is returned by a method other than that specified by the Company.
* In the case of products sold under special conditions, such as a non-returnable coupon
* Orders that are marked as non-returnable on the product page or campaign page, etc.
* Underwear, swimsuits, accessories, and other items that come into direct contact with the skin without undergarments
